Use this form to register for workshops, meetings, retreats, or to order a ticket for Share the Harvest, which will be sent to you by mail.

Full tuition is payable upon registration for workshops. A $100 deposit is required to register for retreats or meetings where no tuition is charged. You may submit both your registration information and payment on-line. Accommodation Options

Please see the full range of rates and rooms on the accommodations page on our website. Accommodation pricing is per night, per person, and includes three meals daily and all taxes. Program tuition is in addition to accommodation. A special rate is available for program participants who live nearby and require only meals and facilities.

Cancellations and Transfers

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, you can apply the deposit to another program this year or next, or you can transfer the credit to another person. Cancellations must be made within two weeks of the program start date or the full deposit is forfeited.

If we cancel a program, you will have the choice of a full refund or 15% off another program and accommodation package this year or next. If you are flying to Kingston, please check with your airline about its cancellation policy, as Wintergreen is not responsible for travel reservations that have been booked to attend programs that have been cancelled.
