Private retreat and meeting facilities are available for individuals or groups. Our facilities are designed to enhance community building, creative thinking, visioning, and wellness. Use our event planning documents to help you plan your retreat (see the Overnight rental rates 2012 and Day meeting rates 2012 documents). Prices apply year-round and do not include applicable taxes.

MEETINGS – CONFERENCES

Does your group need an inspiring setting for a business meeting or a conference? The Wintergreen lodge may be used for meetings and seminars – gatherings where a nourishing setting can help a group identify its vision and meet its goals. Up to 40 people can be accommodated for a day meeting (see Day meeting rates 2012 for details). A PRIVATE RETREAT

Are you a writer or a poet? An artist? Or simply in need of a quiet place to unwind? If so, Wintergreen can provide you with an ideal wilderness setting for a self-designed private retreat, lasting from three days to several weeks in length. Minimal cooking facilities are available, but meals are not served. Retreat facilities are available year round, and include access to over 200 acres of self-guided trails in the forests and meadows, as well as use of a wood-fired outdoor sauna.
