MEETINGS – CONFERENCES

Does your group need an inspiring setting for a business meeting or a conference? The Wintergreen lodge may be used for meetings and seminars – gatherings where a nourishing setting can help a group identify its vision and meet its goals. Up to 30 people can be accommodated for a day meeting. Overnight accommodation is available for up to 14 people. Costs for facilities and meals vary. Day use of the lodge, including lunch and breaks, ranges from $400 to $800. Rates are adjusted for groups requiring facilities without meals ($200 to $500) and for groups requiring the facilities for several days.

A PRIVATE RETREAT

Are you a writer or a poet? An artist? Or simply in need of a quiet place to unwind? If so, Wintergreen can provide you with an ideal wilderness setting for a self-designed private retreat, lasting from two days to several weeks in length. Minimal cooking facilities are available, but meals are not served. Retreat facilities are available year round, and include access to over 200 acres of self-guided trails in the forests and meadows, as well as use of a wood-fired outdoor sauna.
