Group Meetings

Does your group need an inspiring setting for a business meeting or a conference? The Wintergreen lodge may be used for meetings and seminars – gatherings where a nourishing setting can help a group identify its vision and meet its goals. Up to 40 people can be accommodated for a day meeting. See the Day Meeting Rates 2012 planning guide for details. The Overnight Rental Rates 2012 document has information regarding meetings that require overnight accommodation.  Prices apply year-round and do not include applicable taxes. For larger groups, accommodations may be available just up the road at the lovely Bing Retreat. Fifteen minutes further is the charming village of Westport, where there are several inns and bed-and-breakfast establishments. Private Retreats

Are you a writer or a poet? An artist? Or simply in need of a quiet place to unwind? If so, Wintergreen can provide you with an ideal wilderness setting for a self-designed private retreat, lasting from three days to several weeks in length. Minimal cooking facilities are available, but meals are not served. Retreat facilities are available year round, and include access to over 200 acres of self-guided trails in the forests and meadows, as well as use of a wood-fired outdoor sauna.
