Cancellations and Transfers
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, you can apply the deposit to another program this year or next, or you can transfer the credit to another person. If we cancel a program, you will have the choice of a refund of your deposit or 15% off another program and accommodation package this year or next. If you are flying to Kingston, please check with your airline about its cancellation policy, as Wintergreen is not responsible for travel reservations that have been booked to attend programs that have been cancelled.
