Accommodation Options

Accommodation pricing includes three meals daily. Rates vary, depending on the type of accommodation (e.g., single or shared), the length of the workshop or the size of the group retreat. Rates are posted with each program description. Accommodation is in addition to program tuition. Wintergreen is part of Ontario’s accessible wilderness program. A special rate is available for program participants who live nearby and require only meals and facilities.

Cancellations and Transfers

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, you can apply the deposit to another program this year or next, or you can transfer the credit to another person.

If we cancel a program, you will have the choice of a refund of your deposit or 15% off another program and accommodation package this year or next. If you are flying to Kingston, please check with your airline about its cancellation policy, as Wintergreen is not responsible for travel reservations that have been booked to attend programs that have been cancelled.
