Learn to follow a simple path and tune in to the rhythms of our existence, guided by the natural cycle of the earth—the changing of the seasons. The AUTUMN EQUINOX is a time for reflection, gratitude, and for sharing our abundance with those around us, whether through harvest, spirit, or other blessings.
With one step in front of the other, we will come together to dwell in the beauty of the natural world, learn about the historical and cultural traditions surrounding labyrinths, and celebrate the shift not only in the balance between day and night, but also shifts in our perception. After long summer days spent chasing the sunlight, autumn sneaks up on us and brings our days back home, to hearth and harvest.
Let this unique experience of movement, meditation, and reflection attune you to the growth and changes that surround us as summer gives way to fall.
This community event is open to all. Guests will be guided through a walking meditation and come together after to discuss and deepen the process of reflection. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
