CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Dinner Entertainment and Concerts

    These tickets are not refundable. They are fully transferable, so if you have a friend who can come in your place, they would be welcome. Let us know if someone else is coming instead of you so that we can make any required adjustments to dietary or other needs.

  • Workshops & Other Short Programs

    Full payment (tuition, meals, and accommodation if applicable) is required at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the program, all but 20% of the fee is refundable. We will refund you through the same payment method you used to register.

    Should you cancel between 30 and 7 days from start of the program, your payment, less the 20% admin fee, becomes a Wintergreen credit for 1 year. If you are unable to use the credit, it will become a donation and a tax receipt will be issued to you. Credits are transferable.

    No refunds are extended for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. No refunds are extended for events that do not have a set fee but ask you to consider making a donation to defer costs.

    If you depart early during a program, full tuition and any room charges still apply.

  • Long Programs

    The programs that last for more than 5 days each have their own cancellation policy. These policies are shared at the time of registration. Typically, payment is made upfront, including a non-refundable deposit. Partial refunds are available up to 14 days before the program begins.
