Our centre is located at 90 Wintergreen Lane (formerly 9780 Canoe Lake Road), in the Township of South Frontenac, in Southeastern Ontario (phone: 613 • 273 • 8745). We are about 15 minutes from the village of Westport and less than an hour from Kingston.

Watch out for the small black sign at the entrance of Wintergreen Lane.
