Aging Out Loud: Dinner and Presentation

  • Wintergreen Studios 90 Wintergreen Lane South Frontenac, ON Canada (map)

From Lorna Crozier, the poet that Ursula Le Guin called a "truth teller" and "visionary," comes this inspiring look at what aging might mean.

Old age is often equated with wisdom, calmness, physical enfeeblement, and asexuality. In Aging Out Loud Lorna Crozier explodes that common perception and talks instead about an old woman’s confusion, vitality of spirit and passion, and how those conditions can fire creativity and a new vibrant phase of life.

The evening will open with Lorna’s presentation. After the talk, enjoy a gourmet dinner, dessert, and coffee/tea service from the Wintergreen Studios kitchen in the company of new and old friends.
